• Can be appointed in an independent role under the contract without reducing the responsibility of the main contractor if this is preferred.
• Can undertake work in connection with condition surveys.
• Will actively assist with remedial work – advise in a practical way, which helps correct problems as they occur.
• Are able to assist design teams in formulating the most effective specifications for dry casing construction.
• Have worked with large and small client and consultant organisations and on building projects up to the largest in the U.K.
